Main Features

• The slitting machine is suitable for cutting plastic films such as PE, PP, PET, PVC, composite film, color printing film, web, and so on.

• The whole machine is controlled by PLC (three vector motor) and uses the touch screen man-machine interface to carry out centralized operation of the whole machine.

• The unwinding loading and unloading material adopts the gas-up shaft loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, pneumatic lifting of the material roll, convenient loading and unloading, and high efficiency.

• The unwinding adopts the pneumatic brake brake, and the automatic calculation of the winding diameter by the PLC automatically realizes the automatic tension control and the EPC correction device.

• The reel is retracted by the gas rising shaft, and the automatic tension is incremented by PLC operation. (optional slip gas rise axis)

• The reel press roller push-pull clutch adopts a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by the pressure regulating valve.

• The cutting machine adopts a round knife straight knife slitting device, and the end surface is neat, and the side waste air is sent.
