Main Features

• This machine is suitable for slitting various reel materials such as PE, PP, PET, CPP, PVC, composite film.

• The whole machine is controlled centrally by a PLC touch screen, including functions like start buffer, stop anti-loose, meter length, fixed speed, roll diameter calculation, and other functions.

• The unwinding loading and unloading material process uses a gas-up shaft for loading and unloading, pneumatic locking, and pneumatic lifting of the material roll, which is convenient, efficient, and allows for high efficiency.

• The unwinding process uses a start brake brake, and the automatic calculation of the coil diameter is managed by the PLC.

• An unwinding EPC correction device with a CCD image sensor is used to accurately control the end face accuracy.

• The rewinding process uses a gas rising axis to achieve automatic tension increment through PLC operation. (There is an optional slip gas rise axis available.)

• A pneumatic roller is used for the clutch of the take-up roller, and the pressure is controlled by a precision pressure regulating valve. (The pressure roller uses a flat push type.)

• The slitting process uses a straight knife slitting device, resulting in a neat end surface and side waste air being sent. (For paper, a round knife slitting device needs to be purchased separately.)
